Stacking Orientation & Optimization

Boxes can be stacked in multiple orientations depending on dimensions. Our calculator checks six logical configurations based on aligning box dimensions with pallet width, length, and height. Only simple stacking is supported for practical handling:

  • All boxes share the same orientation.
  • Each configuration calculates items along pallet W × L × H.
  • The most space-efficient result is displayed.

While complex stacking may slightly improve pallet utilization, it often complicates loading and increases labor time, making simple stacking more efficient in practice.
